Maintaining Your Rejuvenated Skin

One of the main goals of the Face Lift Rejuvenation Program is not to just improve the look of your skin, it’s to rejuvenate your entire being so that you radiate from the inside out. Dedicated Face Lift Massage sessions are a major part of that equation, but there are a few things you have to do to maintain and prolong your newly rejuvenated skin.

Forming New Habits

Under Suzanne’s instruction, you will focus on specific things during the week between sessions. By focusing on one thing each week, you will hopefully develop new healthy habits in three weeks time and you can then add a new intention. By the end of your 10 sessions you will have a brand new perspective on life, health and your body.

After 1st Massage

Focus on staying hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water. Helpful tip: that’s what your new water bottles and organic teas are for!

After 4th Massage

Begin daily face exercises. These exercises will help maintain the work Suzanne has done during your sessions. Like any other muscle in your body, the more you work your facial muscles the stronger they will become! So pop in your new Facial Exercise DVD and start working those facial muscles!

After 7th Massage

Focus on clean eating. Nothing, aside from sun exposure, affects your skin and overall health more than what you eat. By avoiding processed and fatty foods, and instead indulging in fresh fruits, veggies and lean meats, you’ll notice a remarkable improvement in the condition of your skin, ultimately helping you look fresher, younger and glowing.

After 10th Massage

You and Suzanne will evaluate the improvements to your face and determine a maintenance schedule for future massages.
